 Koshari is a partnered Lebanese-Egyptian food concept operating within Salt & Sugar Café. While independently run, our partnership is built on shared values—authentic food, thoughtful sourcing, and a deep respect for tradition.

 

Through this partnership, we offer comforting, vegetarian Middle Eastern dishes alongside our café and bakery offerings. The result is a menu that feels balanced, nourishing, and rooted in home-style cooking—food that is still rare to find elsewhere in Seattle.

🫒 In-House Brand: Green Mountain Harvest
Green Mountain Harvest is our own Lebanese specialty food brand. Created to honor where we come from, it brings extra-virgin olive oil, zaatar, sumac, and other pantry staples directly from the mountains of Lebanon—where our roots live.

 

Salt & Sugar proudly hosts a full Green Mountain Harvest display, and these same fresh, clean ingredients are used daily in our kitchen. This direct connection between origin, product, and plate allows us to cook the way we grew up eating: simply, honestly, and with respect for the land.

 

What this brand represents:

Emmila is an artisan, organic hair and skincare brand hosted within Salt & Sugar Café. Created independently and rooted in botanical science and traditional aromatherapy, Emmila focuses on clean, thoughtfully formulated self-care products.

 

We host Emmila as an extension of our belief that nourishment goes beyond food. Just like our kitchen, Emmila’s creations are intentional, small-batch, and guided by integrity and transparency.
